Rub a peeled garlic clove on the ridged surface in the center of this dish to make a smooth paste. Add good olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs of your choice: crushed red pepper, thyme, oregano, parsley to make a delicious dipping mix for your favorite crusty bread. Approximately 4.75" w x 1.25" h
